Who We Are-
SubjectMatch.ie is an Irish education support platform that helps students and parents choose suitable subjects and college courses based on structured quiz inputs and profile matching.

Agreement & Consent-
By clicking “Start My Match,” you confirm that you:
- Accept our Terms of Service
- Understand and agree to our Privacy Policy
- Acknowledge and accept our Cookie Policy
- Are aged 16 or older, or have guardian consent.

Eligibility to use this site-
You must:- Be at least 16 years old, or- Have permission from a parent or guardian. We may delete data from users under 16 without proper consent.
Services Provided-
SubjectMatch.ie offers both free and paid guidance tools. Each option is described below:
Free Report- An ad-supported version that provides basic subject or course results after completing the quiz.
Premium Report – €19.99- Includes advanced matches, deeper insights, and a psychometric-style profile summary tailored to your quiz answers.
Full Profile – €39.99- Combines everything in the Premium Report, plus a detailed breakdown of your ideal subjects, strengths, and areas to explore further.
Parent Pack – €99.99- Designed for families. Includes all reports, plus additional guidance tools, summaries for parents/guardians, and multi-student compatibility.
These are for informational use only and are not formal educational counselling.
Payments & Refunds-
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your card data. Refunds will only be issued if:- You purchased a paid report- You did not receive your report due to a technical issue- You contact support@subjectmatch.ie within 7 days of purchase Refunds are not issued for:- Changing your mind- Incorrect answers or email submission- Disagreement with your results.
Matching Disclaimer-
Our quiz system provides suggestions based on your inputs, using quiz logic and psychometric-style frameworks. These tools:- Are not guaranteed to be accurate- Do not replace professional guidance- Should be used as a starting point for decision-making.
Referrals & Discounts-
We may offer referral codes, discount bundles, or affiliate-style offers. All such offers:- Are subject to one-time use- May not be resold or misused- Are invalidated if abuse is detected. We reserve the right to cancel or modify any offer at our discretion.
Acceptable Use-
You may not:- Use automation or bots to complete quizzes- Reverse-engineer or copy our reports or matching logic- Misuse referral or discount codes- Provide false personal information. Violation may result in account suspension, loss of access, or legal action.
Intellectual Property-
All quizzes, tools, reports, results, content, and branding are the intellectual property of SubjectMatch.ie. You may not reproduce, sell, publish, or modify any part of the platform without written permission.
Data Handling & CRM-
We store your name, email, quiz answers, and purchase activity in our secure customer database. This allows us to:- Deliver your report- Send relevant support emails- Retain legal consent under GDPR Article 6. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Cookies-
We use essential and analytics cookies. You will be shown a cookie banner and asked to opt in. More information is provided in our Cookie Policy.
Limitations of Liability-
SubjectMatch.ie is not liable for:- College or subject outcomes- Platform outages or interruptions- Data entered incorrectly by the user- Use of results outside of intended purposes. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the service.
Suspension & Termination-
We may suspend or ban users who:- Violate these terms- Use false information- Abuse referral or code systems- Attempt to damage the platform.
Jurisdiction-
These terms are governed by Irish and EU law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Ireland.
Changes to Terms-
We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site and may require renewed consent.
